Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume launches, portal dates (8/8, 10/10, etc.), or sales, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Digital Products
All digital products (including eBooks and downloadable content) are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Access instructions will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Flower Pot LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review your claim and determine a resolution.
International Shipping
